LA-DST120 is a thermally conductive silicone gasket reinforced by glass fiber or adhesive tape, with a thermal conductivity of 1.0W/m.k. The specified thermal conductivity can be produced according to customer needs, up to 4.0Wm.k. It has good thermal conductivity and extremely high electrical insulation, high tear resistance, puncture resistance, single-sided or double-sided self-adhesive options, can work stably at 40C~200C, and meets the requirements of UL94V0 flame retardant grade.
